Roofing Before & After in Riverside, CA
We can tell you we’re thorough until we’re out of breath, but nothing lands like looking at the actual work. The photos below show roofs in Riverside neighborhoods before our crew touched them and after we finished. The difference is usually in the details you can’t see from the street: the flashing, the decking, the underlayment. That’s where leaks start, and that’s where we spend our time.

Asphalt Shingle Roof Replacement in the Wood Streets
Before
AfterThe old roof had two layers of shingles on it, which never works out well in Riverside heat. The decking underneath had soft spots from years of trapped heat and moisture, so we replaced five sheets before laying anything down. After a full tear-off, new underlayment, new drip edge, and architectural shingles from GAF, the roof is rated for the kind of summer we get here. The homeowner told us the house is noticeably cooler upstairs now.
Leak Repair With Flashing Replacement in Canyon Crest
Before
AfterA water stain on the living room ceiling led us to failed chimney flashing, which is the metal that seals the seam where the chimney meets the roof. The old flashing had pulled away over two decades of heat and rain, so water was getting in every time it stormed. We cut out the old metal, installed new step flashing and counter-flashing, and resealed everything with roofing cement. No interior damage since. That repair carried our written guarantee on every repair, like all of our leak fixes do.
Ridge Cap and Ventilation Repair in Mission Grove
Before
AfterThe homeowner called because shingles kept blowing off the peak after every Santa Ana wind event. The ridge cap, which is the line of shingles running along the top edge of the roof, was installed wrong the first time. We removed it, inspected the framing, and reinstalled a proper ridge cap with new ventilation baffles underneath. The attic breathes now, which helps the shingles last longer. Most asphalt-shingle repairs like this run $350 to $950 in the Riverside market.
Underlayment and Dry Rot Repair in Hawarden Hills

What started as a small repair quote turned into a bigger find once we pulled back the first three rows of tile. The underlayment, which is the waterproof barrier between the roof deck and the tile above it, had broken down completely in one section. We replaced the rotted decking, laid new synthetic underlayment, and reset the original tile. The homeowner appreciated that we showed them photos of the rot before any work continued. That’s the Kingswell Way: say the price before the work, show up in the window we gave, and put the guarantee in writing before we leave.
Tile Roof Restoration in Orangecrest

This tile roof had cracked and shifted tiles scattered across three different slopes. We lifted the damaged sections, inspected the underlayment underneath (which was still holding), and reset the tile with new fasteners. Broken pieces were replaced with matching tile from the same manufacturer. The roof didn’t need a full replacement, just a careful hand, and that’s what we gave it. A restoration like this typically runs less than half of a full tile roof replacement.
Want Results Like These?
Every project above started with the same thing: a phone call about a roof that wasn’t doing its job. From there, we gave a written price before any work started, and a written guarantee before the crew left. That’s how it works here, every time. Call (562) 315-0297 to schedule your free estimate. A live person answers, day or night.
